This local company is exceptional. My project was to have an 85 year old chimney cap replaced, the top course of bricks replaced, and tuck-point the surrounding brick. The house is stucco and has a clay tile roof. The chimney is a little difficult to access given the roof lines and when the scaffolding was put in place, care had to be exercised to ensure both the clay tiles and the stucco facade were protected. Two additional requirements: 1) match 85 year old brick, and match existing tuck-point color on the bricks at the base of the house. Arunas and his team are excellent craftsman. We couldn't match the brick exactly so ADV replaced the entire top row of bricks with a complimentary old rustic color and re tuck-pointed the entire chimney with colored portland cement. The result is an exceptional looking chimney that does not leak and looks like it was in place for 85 years.
